Interested in joining a course or workshop to learn more about improving mental wellbeing?  It's a great way to meet new people and make new friends.

Free courses and workshops for people living in Manchester are available across the city.  They are informal, freindly and fun.  

Heads Up 

An enjoyable 6 week course for people with mild to moderate mental health problems who want to improve their mental wellbeing.   Join up by attending  a half hour enrolment session. Boost Courses

Boost is a free structured 6 week course with pre-course information session and optional reunion meeting.  Boost is for anyone interested in improving their mental wellbeing.  People attending will learn about tools and strategies that can help them to manage life's ups and downs.  Download an information leaflet here.

The Psychological Wellbeing Service in Manchester offer 4-6 week workshops on Coping with Bereavement; Managing Frustration and Anger and Self Esteem and Assertiveness.  Workshops are free.  Call 0161 226 3871 to find out more.
